About You’re In CONTROL!
In 2019, Tara Galles MS, OTR, opened You’re In CONTROL! in Kokomo, IN.
As an athlete and mother of four children, she was in need of pelvic floor therapy and had to drive an hour each way to see a qualified therapist. Understanding the great need for women’s health rehabilitation in her community, Tara sought out advanced training and started her own private practice.
It’s important to us to bring access to many otherwise underserved locations so training new therapists is a particular passion of ours. We hope you’ll join us in our mission: to move women to Take CONTROL! of their bodies.

Since 2019, You’re in CONTROL! has rapidly grown to serve hundreds of clients. We have been successful in delivering outstanding rehab outcomes. This has not only earned us the trust of women in the community, but also the ongoing referrals of local and regional medical providers.
You’re In CONTROL! strives to provide the best possible rehabilitation experience for each client. The treatment we provide is one-to-one in a private and clean environment with a licensed therapist. Unlike other therapy clinics, we are a 100% locally-owned and therapist-owned business.
