Why We Built You’re In CONTROL!
In 2019, Tara Galles MS, OTR, opened You’re In CONTROL! in Kokomo, IN. Since that time, You’re in CONTROL! has rapidly grown to serve hundreds of clients, delivering outstanding rehab outcomes. The practice has not only earned the trust of women in Kokomo, Carmel, Indianapolis, and nearby communities but also local and regional medical providers who continue to provide client referrals.
As an athlete and mother of four children, she was in need of pelvic floor therapy and had to drive an hour each way to see a qualified therapist. Understanding the great need for women’s health rehabilitation in her community, Tara sought out advanced training and started her own private practice.
Therapist-owned You’re In CONTROL! believes it’s vitally important to increase access to women’s rehab services, especially in otherwise underserved locations. Consequently, the training of new therapists is a particular passion.
Research into women’s health has been rapidly evolving over the last decade or two, and our clinical team is dedicated to keeping up with the most current treatments and methodologies.
You’re In CONTROL! is defining women’s health rehabilitation in the region, so our standards are high. You’ll benefit from working and learning with such dedicated and passionate professionals.

While the majority of our hours are spent serving women of all ages, we also serve children and men.
While most outpatient clinics require overlap of patients or having therapy techs fill in for clinical staff, our therapists see the patient for an entire session, one session at a time.
